We have no contracts or minimum commitments. Plus you can try the platform for free for 30 days. We also have people standing by to help you with any troubles. If you have issues that cannot be resolved with these efforts, contact us so we can see how we can make it right.

While there isn't a completely free option, we do offer a free 30-day trial of our Basic package so you can explore the platform and see if it fits your needs. 

We have lots of help articles within the platform to help you with most of your questions. But if you still need assistance you can email us or message us from within the platform and we will provide additional support.

If you want to cancel, email us at info@adgridusa.com or message us in the platform and we will be happy to help you. 

Please note that when a subscription is canceled, you will no longer be able to update listings from the platform without re-activating a subscription that includes Listing Sync and Distribution. Listings that have been synced will remain with the networks that have accepted the listing. Any pending submissions will be canceled. 

Cancelation requests must be received at least 15 days prior to your renewal date to ensure you are not charged.
